Designed for those with limited mobility to increase strength, balance and peace of mind. All props available including chairs, blocks, cushions and blankets.
Designed to be easy on joints and accessible to those needing a slower pace. This class is open to all with limited mobility or compromised physical needs. Also a great place to start if you are a beginner.
Combines warm-ups, gentle and restorative postures, yogic breathing, and guided deep relaxation to reduce stress and increase movement and vitality. Good for all levels & abilities. 
This hour long practice will move you through a powerful, vigorous vinyasa yoga flow inviting you to Power Up & Tone Up! This class will ramp up quickly and get your heart rate pumping, then cool down to get you back on your feet to face the world.
Respiration, inspiration, perspiration. This empowering practice brings the fire of strength and interval training into yogic breath, movement, and mindfulness. An engaging mix of fast and slow flow, burning holds and burn-out repetitions, potentially graceful transitions, and well-earned rest and release keep the practice fresh and fierce. Build awareness and athleticism to truly know your strength. Conjure up your personal power. Unleash the warrior within.
This Tai Chi for Good Health class will be open to all levels, but will be geared toward beginners at first - no Tai Chi experience is necessary to join the class. Classes will take place on Tuesdays at 10:30am.
 
Tai Chi for Good Health teaches basic Tai Chi movement and leads students through learning the 24 posture form. This class is suitable for all ages and is focused on exercises that will bring about the physical and mental health benefits of Tai Chi practice.

Pricing: $20/class to drop in ($15 for age 65+)

This class is not eligible for use of Pause Yoga class cards and Pause Yoga monthly memberships. All payments should be made directly to the instructor and checks made payable to Chris Himmel.

This yoga class looks to add strength building using light weights. Yoga Tone will increase your body strength and muscle tone while building yoga poses.
Sunday morning Yoga in July & August along the Merrimack River in Amesbury.
 
Hatha Yoga for all levels. Bring a mat or towel, water, $10 and a smile. Begins July 9th.
 
Park along the grass on Main St near the flag pole between houses #391 & #417.
 
If the grass is wet or the weather is actively raining, class is moved indoors to the studio at 36 Main St.
