At Pause Yoga, we want to encourage you to take a break from your daily life, to step off your busy path and take a moment for yourself. Our yoga studio is relaxed, casual, unassuming and non-judgmental. Our teachers are interested in teaching people, not poses. At Pause Yoga, you will learn to breathe deeply, to exhale fully, and find comfort in building strength while finding the relaxation that your body truly needs.
