Introduction to Yoga Series

This four-week series is designed for those who are brand new to yoga and want to start right at the beginning. The series will introduce the fundamentals of alignment, breathing and mindfulness in foundational yoga postures and will lay the basic groundwork for students to then step into other classes offered at our studio.
No previous yoga experience is needed.
This series will include time for discussion and questions. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. Wear comfortable clothing & be prepared to be barefoot.
Series registrants will also enjoy unlimited attendance to our other ongoing studio classes during this four-week period.
$120 for entire series including 30 days unlimited yoga classes from July 6th through August 4th
