Richard Hudak

Seeking relief from stress induced by career change, Richard stumbled upon yoga in 2005. In 2009 he began an extensive exploration of the positive philosophy and generalized alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. In April 2013 he completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with former Certified Anusara Teacher Sara Davidson Flanders (ERYT- 500). He also has studied extensively with former Certified Anusara Teacher Marc St. Pierre (ERYT-500) and has participated in asana webinars offered by Christina Sell, author of My Body is a Temple (2011), and Yoga from the Inside Out (2003). He has been teaching yoga since 2013. A period of inquiry induced by shoulder injury (and recovery) has sharpened his focus on alignment.

The thrill of discovery keeps driving Richard to his mat, and the delight of sharing, to teach yoga. Since 2005, his day job has been to teach sociology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and other area institutions. http://wholehearted-yoga.com
